South Huntington is anticipated to receive additional grant funds from New York State to offer full-day UPK classes, in addition to half-day classes. Full-day UPK classes will run from 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM. The District intends to operate in collaboration with SCOPE Educational Services (2) two UPK classes that will serve 36 students.
All district residents with eligible children who will be four years old on or before December 1st are welcome to apply.
Applications must be submitted by Monday, July 26, 2021.
A lottery will be held virtually on Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
