Walt Whitman's Fall College Fair District

Walt Whitman High School recently held their Fall College Fair, giving juniors and seniors the opportunity to connect with representatives from over 50 colleges and universities. Connecting with a college representative at either a campus visit or college fair is a great way to determine if a school is right for you. Representatives were able to share information on when and how to apply, academics offered, and financial aid and scholarship opportunities that gave students insight into the best choice for them. These types of experiences are invaluable when determining the next educational stage in our students’ lives and we are happy to provide these informational opportunities to be as helpful as possible. Thank you to our college representatives for taking the time to speak with our students and to Assistant Principal for Guidance, Mr. Corey Blair, and Whitman’s Guidance counselors in their work to guide our students in the college search process!
