The South Huntington School District, in coordination with the Town of Huntington, and WWHS African American Heritage Club, will be holding a Black History Celebration on Thursday, February 12th at 7PM to identify and acknowledge the accomplishments of many Black Americans through United States History. This District-wide event will highlight students through musical performances, poetic reading, and historical facts provided by students of all grade levels. As we celebrate Black History Month, we would like to thank all students and parents who are participating in this annual event.
